It should be noted that any products within the financial limit are disbursed without additional analysis within 1-2 days. Therefore, if clients have any business opportunities or ideas, they can always rely on Bank’s support and have advantage in negotiations with their partners. And the most importantly, setting a financial limit is absolutely free.

One more innovation is an overdraft for business clients. This is a convenient product that allows to close short-term financing needs, while not overpaying for inefficiently used funds. After all, when overdraft is used, clients pay only for a specific number of days during which the product was used. The Bank’s existing and new clients can set an overdraft limit without collateral, and without the need to monthly pay the debt.

Kompanion Bank successfully held the 12th annual Apple Festival on October 25, 2017.

The event took place in Iskra village of Leylek region (Batken oblast) with active support from local government bodies. During the event, the farmers have sold approximately one thousand ton of apples.

Representatives of local and regional administrations, the town hall of Suluykta and the official delegation from Tajikistan attended the launch of the festival. The guests noted the importance of the event for Kyrgyz farmers and expressed their interest in purchase of apples by Tajik processers. The festival has thus broken into the international market. Mr. Munarbek Nasirov, the Head of the State Administration Office of Batken oblast, thanked Kompanion Bank for its contribution to the development of Kyrgyzstan’s agricultural sector.

Local people pointed out that apart from economic benefits, Kompanion Bank gave them a real treat: an interesting concert program impressed both adults and children. In addition to stage performances prepared by students of Manas secondary school, the visitors of the festival enjoyed the exhibition fair where 12 apple cultivars were showcased and had a chance to taste various fruit dishes.

Kompanion Bank Reduced Interest Rates on Loans

Beginning October 16, 2017 Kompanion Bank reduced interest rates on loans for small and medium-sized businesses.  Under the new conditions, customers can get a business loan from 300 thousand soms at a favorable interest rate.  The bank notes that the offer is valid until the end of this year.

On October 23 Gulnara Shamshieva took up a post of an Adviser of Board of Directors of Bai Tushum Bank CJSC. Gulnara Shamshieva was at the head of Bai Tushum for 17 years. During this period under her leadership, Bai Tushum has undergone a transformation from a financial fund and a microfinance company with a deposit attracting license to a universal Bank with a full banking license. Today the Bank ranks the 9th in the banking sector in terms of loan portfolio and assets, 10th in terms of charter capital, has a wide branch network, and provides a full range of financial services to more than 105 thousand clients across the country.

Nurgul Torobaeva has been appointed as Acting Chairman of the Bank’s Executive Committee. Nurgul Torobaeva has been working in Bai Tushum Bank for 12 years, 7 of them as a first Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Bank. She supervised such areas as treasury, operating department, information technology department, methodology department, security department of the bank. She has more than 17 years of experience in microfinance and banking.

The 12th annual Apple festival will take place on October 25, 2017

Kompanion Bank is inviting to the 12th annual Apple festival, which will be held on October 25, 2017 in the village of Iskra, Leilek district, Batken region. For the first time the festival was held in 2006 on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul and since then it has become not only a good tradition, but also an effective economic platform for domestic farmers.

“The Apple Festival promotes the capacity building of the communities of all regions of our country. Last year, we held the Apple Festival in Kadamjai district and were able to help horticulturists sell more than 1500 tons of apples. In addition, the event was visited not only by farmers and residents of the Batken region, but also by delegations from France and Uzbekistan.
